Heb ewa cash in reserve, en had eigenlijk normaal al aangekocht, maar.....
Via het forum probeer ik een kleinigheid te verdienen, via Armstrong, maw... ik wacht op de dip...

En, lukt het niet,.. pech gehad.

Ecuador – Goldman & Gold

Ecuador hands Goldman Sachs 466,000 ounces of gold worth roughly $580 million at today’s ruling price. Ecuador under its socialist President Rafael Correa is seeking sources of cash after they borrowed over $11 billion from China because they defaulted on $3.2 billion of foreign debt five years ago. This is the consequence of debt and in the hands of socialists-communists, the bonds ultimately are always defaulted upon.

Like Zimbabwe, who had to adopt foreign currency because people will not trust their own, Ecuador is the only country in South America that is using the US dollar as currency. Ecuador did not sell its gold, it effectively borrowed against it in exchange for more liquid assets. Ecuador expects to turn a profit of as much as $20 million on the transaction and it will get the gold back within three years and the central bank expects to turn a profit of as much as $20 million on the transaction without explaining how.

It appears that Goldman will most likely sell the gold forward helping to break the back of gold and will most likely look to replace it at the lows under $1,000.

En, lukt het niet,.. pech gehad.

O, maar daar ga ik ook niet om jammeren hoor.
Weet ook wel (achteraf) dat het interessanter geweest was om verkocht te hebben op dé top van enkele jaren geleden, dan had dit nu kunnen omgezet worden naar meer gewicht...
Maar voor mij staat het vast :
* dé timing is blijkbaar niet mijn ding
* 't hoeft niet, dus ik doe geen gram weg
* aan 1000 $ bijkopen klinkt goed , maar.... hét bodemvissen lukt me toch ook niet
* het geeft toch ook een zekerheid om te (bij)kopen aan deze huidige 910-920 € / ounce (ofte momenteel <1250 $)
... een veilig en zeker gevoel en ze vast te hebben
... gewoon een kwestie van enkele jaren weg te leggen en daarna, als we aan prijzen zitten van het 3 of 4-voudige, gaan we gewoon nog eens bekijken of er al veel veranderd is aan de situatie, waarom we renteloos papiergeld of digits op een rekening zouden verkiezen boven het tastbare dat al eeuwen de wereldstormen trotseert.

Goldman is kampioen van de dubbele agenda en dubbele moraal. Er zijn tientallen voorbeelden.

Een half jaar geleden hebben ze Venezuela ook nog eens een contract aan hun broek gelapt, waar deze nog vele toekomstige jaren Goldman "goedkoop" goud zullen moeten leveren.
Hoe de vork juist aan de steel zat, herinner ik me niet meer.
Toen de koers eind vorig jaar rond de 1200 $ stond, en GS maar niet ophielden met hun 1050 target, hebben ze die "deal" met Venezuela beklonken !
Na het afsluiten is het zéér toevallig dat de goudprijs opnieuw begon aan te trekken tot >1350 $ dus...ok ondertussen opnieuw > 1250 ....

Ik wil maar zeggen....Goldman Sachs speelt vuil spel en is voor mij geen graadmeter.
Of misschien juist wel, als zij nu deze fysiek van Ecuador aanvaarden, gaat het misschien wel opnieuw stijgen.
? Nu verkopen, met bedoeling onder de 1000 opniew terug te kopen ? Kan zijn...maar dan very, very risky business !

Die driedubbele 1180 $ bodem lijkt wel hertest te worden.
Alle TA-ers zien dit. En dus lijkt dit er wel vlug aan te komen.
De RSI daarentegen zit wel een beetje in oververkochte zone.

Echter, ik blijf het fundamenteel bekijken.
Et je m'en fou, indien dit fout is in jullie ogen...

We hebben niks verloren onder de 1000$.
Zou erg negatief zijn voor de verdere afwikkeling imo.
